    Minim peluang promosi tapi memang less stress
    The good thingsTidak pernah lembur, semua pekerjaan manageable. Minim politik kantor. Sebelum pandemi ada seragam, diberikan tiap tahun dan lumayan menghemat budget beli baju pribadi. Dapat katering makan siang. Lokasi kantor terjangkau public transportation. THR tidak pernah telat.
    The challengesPeluang promosi dan naik gaji tidak jelas. Tidak ada bantuan dari HRD mengenai kejelasan career pathway. Tidak ada pembuatan akun Dana Pensiun dari kantor. Parameter bonus, penilaian tahunan, dan kenaikan gaji tahunan tidak jelas.

    The good thingsOverall, secara visi misi dan budayanya sangat bagus. Disini bisa belajar banyak hal dan pastinya salary sudah terstandar sesuai dengan backgorund kita. Lingkungan kerja yang bagus dan jenjang karir yang jelas karena ada penilaian KPI yang jelas dan asessment juga.
