    The good thingsLingkungan kerja dinamis dan belajar banyak hal secara mandiri.
    The challengesUpah yang diberikan tidak sebanding dg pekerjaan. Beban pekerjaan jg banyak menyita waktu pribadi. Manajemen kurang baik, karyawan kontrak sudah selesai tapi tidak di-notice untuk perpanjangan. Lingkungan kerja kurang baik.

    The good thingsLingkungan nya asik dan jam waktu fleksibel untuk posisi magang ini. Dapat makan siang kalo ada acara sampai malam atau masuk ketika hari libur.
    The challengesKurangnya peka atasan di posisi ini terutama bagi anak magang. Disini lebih jadi pembantu atau jadi assistant untuk karyawan tetap ketika shooting diluar/di studio. Dan jika ada masalah, HR nya susah dicari dan bahkan di chat aja cuma di read. Kurang recommend bagi yang ingin magang disini terutama di posisi ini.

    The challengesCepat berkembang karena bekerja disini dituntut untuk bisa melakukan banyak hal. seperti: selalu update trend sekarang, belajar menentukan konsep, belajar bekerja sesuai deadline, editing, belajar mengenal taste netizen, belajar kamera, membangun networking, mengenal banyak orang baru
