    The good things- Good benefits, you will have more benefits than the other companies. - Good place to start your career - Casual environment (classic startup)
    The challengesWork hour can be difficult if you procrastinate, but otherwise manageable. In here the results will be more important than the process, you can't just say "I did my best" and go home.

    The challengesAnalyzing and recommending something then executing new projects almost every week, presenting both challenges and opportunities. The stress may be super intense, but it surprisingly sharpens my mind, and the relief upon solving problems is immensely satisfying. In my division, this cycle repeats nearly every week, creating moments of stress and nervousness when embarking on a new project.

    New challenges sculpt me into a better version of myself.
    The good thingsThe recruitment process is my favorite part. It is fair, honest, and fast, and I couldn't even expect more. Another thing I appreciate about this company is that every day is a new challenge, and there is always something new to learn. I can also meet so many amazing individuals with great personality traits. I work directly under a manager from the Philippines who frequently visits us in Indonesia, and they are so fun to talk with about work or anything else. The company provides a comfy working atmosphere and a pretty excellent working setup. But the most important thing is, you can have a free-flow coffee.
    The challengesEvery day is a new challenge, and there is always something new to learn. It can be fairly entertaining at times, but it can also be quite stressful, especially for a newcomer like me. We must be able to prioritize our work and manage our time well. Using my prior career as an example, I was aware that it would be tough at first. It's usually messy, full of surprises, and extremely stressful in the beginning. But, as time goes by, new challenges sculpt me into a better version of myself, and I can feel myself improving my skills day by day. With this mindset, I can complete my probation in 2.5 months.

    Just started 2 months ago, so far good
    The good thingsI started for 3 months and just passed my probation. The company hr asked me to write a review. I am new so what I have seen is just training, orientation, and my first few team assignments. The team is friendly and kind but everyone is very busy because the company order volume are rising quickly. We work in 4-6 people teams based on assignment or project.
    The challengesMy work is split with half reg assignments (its a little bit repetitive) and half projects. I like projects the most. It is very busy, orders are growing, so there is a lot of work and sometimes I get stressful. I know they are hiring more managers but I think now there are not enough.

    The good thingsWorks: - You will get a lot of experiences, especially if you are a fresh graduate that seeks for a new job. - A company that respects your honesty and your hard work. Reimbursements: - Lunch reimbursement. - Mobile communication billing reimbursement. - Grab corporate for your daily work, either using GrabCar and GrabBike to a certain work duties or sending things using GrabExpress. - And other reimbursements if you are using personal payment, if any. Kost program: - Monthly deduction for Kost or rented room in Jakarta is very cheap, imo. - You will get a medium room (not small) with AC and bed with legs. - Bathroom inside with sink, toilet with seat, shower with heating machine. - Reimburse your electricity! - Reimburse your laundry!
    The challengesWorks: - Sometimes you might need to spare your day off to do some office works, because of urgencies and others. - A regular startup company that might needs you to handle some more tasks, but that is okay since you will get more experiences from it.

    2+ years and I'm still happy
    The good thingsBeen with Deliveree in their Jakarta office for 2+ years after transferring from another logistics company (where I worked 1 year). Even though I joind them with some experience, Deliveree taught me many things. Its a much better company than where I used to work. Deliveree is challenging workplace but I grew fast and was promoted once already. I work long hours but I'm happy. The company has given me a good career, good friends as collegues, and has done many things to help me during the pandemic paying for my kost, internet, swab testing and now they are paying for lunches, even when I work from home. I do want more challenges and experiences in different jobdesks so hope I can transfer to another department next year.
    The challengesYou must be ok with fast pace, tech environment, western managers, high targets and big expectations. But they also take the time to teach and coach you so it's not scary. Don;t be afraid of hard working.

    The good thingsBudaya senioritas disini sangat demokratis dan sangat dituntut untuk junior dan senior agar meningkatkan pengetahuannya terkait produk knowladge perusahaan, artinya kita dituntut harus selalu belajar setiap harinya. Disiplin dari budaya masyarakat Amerika sangat kuat yang berdampak sama kinerja dari setiap karyawan dan tentunya gaji diperusahaan ini cukup layak.

    The challengesHarus cepat beradaptasi terhadap lingkungan kerja. Hal yang sulit dilakukan adalah jika ada masalah yang melibatkan departement lain seperti sales, operation, accounting dan pajak. Kami harus saling berkoordinasi dan mempertahankan prinsip departemen sehingga membutuhkan waktu untuk menyesuaikan masalah dan customer menginginkan hasil yang cepat dan sesuai sehingga cukup sulit untuk mendapat hasil sesuai dengan harapan customer.
