    The good thingsmotivasi memberikan gambaran kerjasama antara bank dan insurance sehingga mendorong staff memberikan referensi terbaik berbobot dan sesuai MnM (meet need Money) bisa bertemu..ada kebutuhan dan tentunya ada uang sehingga target dalam 1 tahun bisa tercover dalam 5 bulan kerja..
    The challengesmenunbuhkan jiwa sadar dengan adanya co branding Bank & Insurance...apalagi bernaung dalam wadah yg sama BNI
