    The good things-tim yg solid dengan kekeluargaan yg erat
    The challenges-kontrak jam kerja berangkat jam 8 pulang jam 17, tp yg terjadi berangkat jam 8 pulang jam 20 lebih -kontrak kerja sabtu minggu libur, seringnya sabtu tetap berangkat tanpa ada uang lembur, hanya di ganti uang bensin sebesar 20rbu, bahkan kadang di hari minggu di minta berangkat -beban pekerjaan yg banyak dan harus di selesaikan semuanya tiap harinya tanpa mempedulikan kondisi dan kesulitan di lapangan -cuti karyawan yg resign, ad yg di berikan dan ad yg tidak di berikan, saat konfirmasi ke tim HR, tidak ad feedback dari HR
