    Great and Supportive EnvirontmentVery Positive and Supportive Working Culture. Working in sales not easy. We have to learn a lot. The culture in BCI makes the teammates to share their knowledge to grow together. I think this is hard nowadays to find this kind of culture. Commission is quite high and could be received monthly.

    Senior Business Development ConsultantBCI is like my university of sales and business development. I grew a lot since I joined this company. Good for your skill development and experience to meet people from various industry. They offer good incentives too, with a strict KPI though.. but this company will offer you trainings to help you adapt with the culture.
