    I did excellent for customer service, handle problem solving, handle complaint, banking system, billing, loan process, and many jobs for banking, finance, and loan.
    The good thingsI really enjoyed working there, but my career got stuck, and I wanted to learn more jobs and I liked new things, because I could do it. It is unfortunate that the potential of a good employee must stop in 1 area, while the other potential can be explored by the company's management. However, I am very grateful for the experience gained in order to expand beyond banking.
    The challengespatient, under pressure, multitasking, good communication, good handle complaint, and more challanges.

    The good thingsSenang berkomunikasi dg masyarakat, banyak mendapatkan ilmu atau pengalaman dalam posisi yg saya jabat,contoh cara handle mbanking ,mesin EDC ,project KJP ,kartu ATM ,verifikasi rekening ,reperso busway dll.
    The challengesAlhamdulillah tidak ada kesulitan dalam handle multy function,hanya saja spv/koordinator yang tidak bertanggung jawab/tidak bisa kerja dan selalu menyalahkan bawahannya
