I did excellent for customer service, handle problem solving, handle complaint, banking system, billing, loan process, and many jobs for banking, finance, and loan.The good thingsI really enjoyed working there, but my career got stuck, and I wanted to learn more jobs and I liked new things, because I could do it. It is unfortunate that the potential of a good employee must stop in 1 area, while the other potential can be explored by the company's management. However, I am very grateful for the experience gained in order to expand beyond banking.
