Get along better with colleagues, strive to understand with each other, and learn how to keep an open mind.
The challengesI may face so many challenges in workplace. No matter how good i am at my job, at some point in my career i am likely to experience at least one sort of work-place difficulty like communication problems and gossip. But eventhough i have to pass this difficulty, i always grateful with all these. Because difficulty makes me stronger and make me how to put my ego, and be more patient. (even it is so hurt).
