The management team is both capable and strategic, setting a clear direction for the company’s future. One of the standout aspects is the support and commitment from management towards the implementation of positive initiatives, which fosters a proactive work environment. Although the benefits package may not be extensive, it is competitive and sufficient to keep employees motivated.
    The challengesThe company still has room for improvement, particularly in terms of enhancing its business quality and market reach to stay competitive within the industry. Additionally, inter-departmental communication could be improved through regular meetings or team-building activities, such as outings, to promote better collaboration and alignment.

Memanfaatkan pengetahuan ini memungkinkan pengembangan strategi yang lebih efektif dan efisien dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan.
    The challengesBuruknya budaya Perusahaan dan juga lingkungan kerja serta atasan yang tidak mumpuni dalam bidangnya membuat pekerjaan semakin terhambat dan sulit menerima masukan dari bawahan untuk memberikan opsi kelancaran pekerjaan yang semakin mudah. Kecenderungan untuk mencari kesalahan karyawan, dan banyak nepotisme di dalamnya. Serta tidak adanya pelatihan kemampuan maupun dukungan dari Human Resource Development.
