    The good thingsGaji pas baru masuk sesuai, ada acara2 kantor yang lumayan untuk karyawan.
    The challengesManagement buruk!. Culture perusahan berantakan!. Karyawan bukan sebagai aset tapi sebagai budak. Banyak politik di dalam, atasan2 yang selalu menyalahkan teamnya, main aman dan kebijakan yang ga masuk akal. Aturan yang tidak manusiakan manusia.

    The good things1.Kesejahteraan Karyawan diperhatikan, ada Bpjs Kes, Bpjs TK, Asuransi Swasta (sampai sebelum pandemi masih ada asuransi swasta) 2. sering Acara Outing Semua Karyawan Perusahaan, semua ditanggung Perusahaan 3. Bosnya orangnya Baik 4. Dapat Ilmu karena Atasan Ga pelit ilmu

    The challengesdistribusi belum merata,sehingga menjadi tantangan tersendiri. salah satu produk lokal yang baik,namun pengelolaan perusahaan yang asal-asalan khususnya dibidang distribusi dan sales. serta kemampuan para managerial yang masih rendah
