    A good place to learn manufacture business process
    The good thingsThe environment is quite homey but also challenging. company have sufficient fund to spend on employee training. the salary is above market average. have a lot of business outside the manufacture industry.

    GREAT EXPERIENCE BUT TERRIBLE CARRER
    The good thingsvery good environment, work and life balance good too, but opportunities for carrer development was very bad, cause you need minimum 10 years to get a promotion to the next level. management is poor too cause many department head and division head didnt have the skill to get that position. they get to that position just cause have more experience in this company or from another astra group. so i would reccomend astra otoparts for your job but not in the future. just stay 2-3 years then find another great oppurtinity
    The challengesthe challegnes working for this company was the department head and division head have a terrible decision making, and nearly all department hed and diviision head always get their job to the subordinates, then blaming them for their fault. another challenges was the balance of work and life who sometimes we cant get caught of that
