    The good thingsGaji di PT Astra Honda Motor sangat baik karena semua plant memiliki besaran gaji yang sama, yaitu UMR Karawang.
    The challengesAda aplikasi bernama AHM mobile, aplikasi tersebut berisi data-data karyawan PT Astra Honda Motor seperti absen, slip gaji, data uang obat, dan informasi dari perusahaan. Aplikasi ini sangat membantu tapi terkadang juga susah untuk update, wajar karena itu baru dikembangkan tapi demi kenyamanan pengguna harus segera diperbaiki.
