    Tantangan banyak, remunerasi sangat kurang, perusahaan yang cukup kekeluargaan

    The challengesketidakjelasan bonus. Kenaikan gaji yang sangat kecil. Politik kantor dan juga adanya kelompok-kelompok yang 'dianggap' dan ada pula kelompok yang dipandang sebelah mata & mempengaruhi karir.
