    The good thingsHal baik, kehadiran full tanpa ada absen (sakit/izin/cuti dadakan) akan dapat insentif minyak 1L atau 2L,sebanyak 1dus. Selain itu disini juga dapat mengklaim untuk kesehatan keluarga dan diberikan Asuransi untuk kesehatan berupa rawat inap.
    The challengesSepanjang perjalanan menuju ke pabrik banyak sekali debu, hal ini disebabkan pembangunan jalan tol menuju terminal Port Tanjung Priok belum selesai pengerjaannya. Disamping itu terdapat penambangan pasir dan satu dermaga dengan pembongkaran batubara.
