    Pengalaman bekerja yang tidak mudah dilupakan, baik dan buruknya. Bagus untuk mengisi portofolio.
    The good things- Banyak yang bisa dipelajari - Mentor, rekan sejawat yang ramah, supel, dan mengayomi
    The challenges- Atasan micro management - Beban pekerjaan tidak masuk akal - Diminta menyelesaikan pekerjaan diluar jam kerja, tanpa dibayar - Tawaran kontrak menjadi staff, tidak diikuti dengan benefit yang cukup - Lembur tidak dibayar - Ekspektasi berlebih untuk intern

    The good thingsuntuk freshgrad mungkin lumayan dapat ilmu baru tp untuk yang sdh berpengalaman mending cari perusahaan lain. kamu akan dihargai ditempat lain. save your energy
    The challengesatasan yg plin-plan. pagi arahan A, sore arahan Z. kerjaan dituntut harus tuntas, sementara yg dikerjakan banyak. baru ngerjain ini disuruh ini itu berujung gak tuntas. belum lagi no slow response. setiap wa yg masuk harus langsung dibalas dan dikerjakan. itu bukan 1 atau 2 wa ya, grupnya aja puluhan trus tugas utama kita malah gak terselesaikan berujung kena omelan. diminta profesional tp proses kerjanya tidak profesional malah dibentak-bentak.
