    The good things1. Fasilitas pembelajaran yang memadai, yaitu diberi kesempatan untuk belajar memperdalam bidang pekerjaan dengan training dan kursus baik in house maupun out house training dengan bekerjasama dgn institusi-institusi pelatihan seperti PPM Manajemen, IAI, dan Learning Center Agung Automall 2. Rotasi pekerjaan,menjadikan karyawan mengetahuo sub bidang pekerjaan 3. Fasilitas kesehatan seperti Askes dll 4. Diantara karyawan terjalin budaya kekeluargaan 5. System (software) dan SOP yang sudah berjalan dengan sangat baik
