Don't recommend this company to anyone unless you are willing to be a (hard-worker) for the bosses. They won't care that much for you and yet you must take care most of the things for them.The good thingsWell-formed team with supportive coworkers. Some teams got good leaders which got a great technical nor business skills.
The challengesNo work life balance. Always got to put on overtime and there's no reward to it. Almost no career progress and yet offers very low wages for a software developer.
