What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Driving sales growth and sustained long-term profitability, by establishing a life-long relationship with existing and new customers.
  • Securing an easy buying process from home to home, understanding and match customers’ need and expectations now and in the future.
  • Implement the Customer Relations action plan and support the goals and targets given, which ensures the effective execution of our action plan, which is creating a positive experience for the customers so they will want to return and shop with us again and again.
  • Ensuring the department/work area is effective and efficiently equipped at all times during trading hours for the customer and cost-efficient for the store.
  • Handling complaints in an efficient, accurate and friendly way.

We want you to be a person who:

  • Having background/experience in customer service and/or retail industry will be an advantage.
  • Ability to priorities and organize work and the work of others in order to make the most efficient use of the time available.
  • Self-reliant and motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a larger team.
  • Ability to adjust the style of communication to get the message across to the receiver. Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in local(s) language and English. 
  • As you work in a store, you will be working in mixture of days and placed in Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
