Technical Training Staff

About the role

Join PT Piaggio Indonesia as a Technical Training Staff, delivering high-quality technical training to ensure the ongoing development and upskilling of our workforce. In this full-time position based in Jakarta, you will be responsible for designing, developing and facilitating engaging training programs that empower our team to excel in their roles.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and deliver technical training programs covering a range of topics relevant to our operations
• Create training materials, including presentations, manuals and assessment tools
• Delivering Technical Training for workshop technicians whether it is in-house or at dealer's premises
• Facilitate engaging, interactive training sessions that effectively transfer knowledge and skills
• Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making continuous improvements
• Provide coaching and mentoring support to trainees to ensure they can apply their learnings
• Supporting all PIAGGIO GROUP Technical Activities 
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical training and development

What we're looking for

• A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or Relevant qualifications in adult education, instructional design or a technical training
• Experienced as a Trainer for a minimum of 2 years in the automotive industry preferably from the 2 Wheels industry
• Understand about the technical and product training for an automotive product preferably 2 wheels products
• Able to travel frequently or as needed
• Excellent ability to prepare a detailed and comprehensible presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Great communication and teaching skills
• Great to excellent command in English
• Currently possess an Indonesia Driving License for Motorcycle (SIM C),
