Role & Responsibilities:

  • Identifying potential clients or new business opportunity to promote, sell, and market industrial laboratory equipment products
  • Achieve and exceed the sales target through innovative sales strategies
  • Develop and maintain new and grow existing relationships as well as leverage customer relationship to increase sales revenue in territory, client satisfaction and retention
  • Attend trade shows and scientific equipment exhibition.
  • Able to effectively communicate the product details and negotiate terms and pricing with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements 

 

Qualification

  • Minimum 3 years as sales handling scientific industrial chiller/refrigeration equipment products
  • Bachelor degree in industrial engineering/mechanical engineering/other life science major
  • Good understanding of HVAC systems
  • Good understanding of industrial chiller and refrigeration equipment products
  • Good understanding in purchasing procedures for government institutions, private institutions, education institutions, e-catalog, and others
  • Good presentation skills, negotiation skills with strong sales and marketing strategy
  • Ability to use CRM/Sales Force applications
  • Having own vehicle
  • Willing to business travel within Indonesia
