Assistant General Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage executive schedules, conferences, and organize cultural exchange activities.
• Responsible for cross-cultural business reception, serving as a Chinese/English/Indonesian trilingual translator and host.
• Maintain relationships with VIP Customer and coordinate resources of Indonesian companies, China-Indonesia Economic Association and other institutions.
• Assist the general manager with official documents, reports, and cross-functional collaborations (XFN collaboration affairs).
• Deal with emergencies to ensure high-end service quality and confidential information security.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must-Have:

• Aged 28-35, with a professional image and eloquent communication.
• Proficient in Chinese, Indonesian, and English (proof of proficiency required).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred majors: Business Administration, International Relations, Hotel Management).
• Over 3 years of experience in high-end clubs, five-star hotels, or multinational corporate admin/reception roles.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong cross-cultural communication skills with knowledge of Sino-Indonesian business etiquette.
• Excellent emotional intelligence for managing political and business events.
• Ability to handle stress, flexible working hours, and travel.
• Knowledge of Chinese culture (especially Qilu and Hainan) and Indonesian culture is a plus.
