Job description :
- Ensure office cleanliness, maintenance, and organization.
- Supervise and coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory.
- Manage office utilities (electricity, water, internet, etc.) and ensure timely payments.
- Maintain company assets, including office equipment and vehicles.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repair of office equipment.
- Conduct price comparisons and negotiate contracts with service providers
- Assist in managing work permits, company licenses, and legal documentation.
- Support HR and other departments in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Prepare administrative reports and maintain documentation.
- Assist in implementing workplace safety and environment policies.
- Support IT departments in maintaining a safe and effective work environment
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least minimum Diploma Degree any field.
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar general affair or administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Has the ability to communicate in English and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving mindset and a willingness to learn
- Good understanding of office management and facility maintenance
