Job description :

  • Ensure office cleanliness, maintenance, and organization.
  • Supervise and coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory.
  • Manage office utilities (electricity, water, internet, etc.) and ensure timely payments.
  • Maintain company assets, including office equipment and vehicles.
  • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repair of office equipment.
  • Conduct price comparisons and negotiate contracts with service providers
  • Assist in managing work permits, company licenses, and legal documentation.
  • Support HR and other departments in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Prepare administrative reports and maintain documentation.
  • Assist in implementing workplace safety and environment policies.
  • Support IT departments in maintaining a safe and effective work environment

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least minimum Diploma Degree any field. 
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar general affair or administrative role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Has the ability to communicate in English and good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving mindset and a willingness to learn
  • Good understanding of office management and facility maintenance
