What Are We Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the automotive or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and HR administration (payroll, social security, contracts, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze HR data and generate reports.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

This role will be responsible for:

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding, particularly for sales, vehicle inspection, and operations teams.
  • Ensure employee administration complies with labor regulations (contracts, attendance, payroll, social security, etc.).
  • Monitor employee performance based on KPIs and provide recommendations for workforce development.
  • Oversee benefits, compensation, and performance-based incentives.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Develop employee engagement strategies to improve retention and motivation.
