What Are We Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the automotive or e-commerce industry.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and HR administration (payroll, social security, contracts, etc.).
- Ability to analyze HR data and generate reports.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
This role will be responsible for:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding, particularly for sales, vehicle inspection, and operations teams.
- Ensure employee administration complies with labor regulations (contracts, attendance, payroll, social security, etc.).
- Monitor employee performance based on KPIs and provide recommendations for workforce development.
- Oversee benefits, compensation, and performance-based incentives.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Develop employee engagement strategies to improve retention and motivation.
