Sales Manager - Surabaya Based

Adecco Indonesia is currently we are assisting our client (chemical industry) in the search for a Sales Manager to lead market expansion and ensure operational excellence in Surabaya.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and seize new business opportunities within the chemical supply market.
• Develop strategies to expand market share, particularly in the coating, plastic, and ink sectors.
• Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and product quality swiftly and efficiently.
• Create tailored solutions to meet client needs while aligning with company capabilities.
• Collaborate with and motivate team members to enhance overall sales performance.
• Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure seamless workflow.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the chemical industry (coating, plastic, or ink sectors).
• Surabaya based
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
