Qualification

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Demonstrated clear and effective professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Outstanding attention to detail, and the ability to uphold high quality control standards.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Demonstrable organizational, analytical, and innovative thinking skill.
• Strong time management skills (ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and projects).

Job Description 

• Monitor, collect and analyze data from sales data to Management
• Recap & input data sales campaign
• Register new product at SAP (register new vendor, register selling price & discount)
• Have information about import regulations, investigation of Indonesian laws, and acquisition of import licenses (e.g., PI, SNI, etc.).
• Stock monitoring in SAP
• Create meeting minutes throughout board and committee meetings
