Job Responsibilities
- Menjawab chat customer (pertanyaan, konsultasi, kendala, komplain, dll) dengan fast respon, jelas, tuntas, dan humanis (empati)
- Membalas komen/diskusi dari customer
- Membalas review/ulasan customer dengan humanis dan lebih personalize
- Membuat report harian/mingguan/bulanan
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim sosial media terkait konten
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim lain untuk menciptakan kepuasan customer
