- Recruit, train, and onboard new staff, including servers, chefs, and kitchen personnel.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring service quality and interacting with customers when necessary.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure that expenses are within budget (e.g., food costs, labor costs).
- Track and manage inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies. Ensure that stock levels are sufficient and that there is no overstocking or waste.
- Work on building and maintaining the restaurant's reputation and branding, ensuring a consistent customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, payroll, inventory, and any other necessary reports for the business.
- Lead by example and maintain a positive work environment to keep staff motivated, productive, and engaged.
- Oversee the general condition of the restaurant, including cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and overall ambiance.
