Engineering Procurement Supervisor
Main Job & Responsibilities:
- Supervise the procurement process for assigned categories of goods and services, from identifying and evaluating potential suppliers to negotiating and awarding contracts.
- Ensure all goods and/or services are sourced and procured in a timely manner, safe and cost-effective manner in accordance with Company’s policy and procedures, and applicable statutory regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries, high-quality products, and competitive pricing.
- Track and expedite deliveries.
- Responsible for maintaining audit trail for all procurement transactions.
- Prepare various reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually) as required either internally or externally to ensure compliance with Company’s policy and procedure, and applicable statutory regulations.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities throughout the procurement cycle.
- Monitor supplier performance and manage any potential risks or issues that may arise.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in procurement.
- Manage and Controlling Fulfilment for all operation area refer to SLA fulfilment Target.
- Meet standard minimum sourcing Vendor per area (3 vendors) refer to vendor diversification.
- Responsible to controlling and set up saving program/cost reduction for HVAC and machine.
Qualification:
- Min Bachelor's Degree from from Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 (three) years experiences as Supervisor / Asst Manager in various Company, especially from Facility Services Management Company.
- Good Computer Skill (MS. Office) and experience using ERP procurement system.
- Have good knowledge, experience sourcing and extensive links to vendors of goods and services vendors who provide MEPS & HVAC.
- Good communication and reporting skills both verbal and in writing, specifically the English language.
- Have experience managing teams and have good leadership skills.
