Job Qualifications:

  • Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in managing a sales team.
  • Familiar with the internet industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute tasks efficiently.
  • Quick to respond, with strong expressive abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and an approachable demeanor.
  • Highly passionate about sales, willing to embrace challenges, and possessing strong market analysis and assessment skills.
  • Responsible, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential location and customer needs.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and expand market presence.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue goals through effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Lead negotiations with clients and partners to secure favorable terms and agreements.
  • Monitor the performance of installment products and make adjustments as needed to optimize sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities and sales performance.
