Responsibility:
- Sales Target Management: Set sales forecasts and break down monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Design execution plans and track performance through multi-dimensional analysis.
- Inventory Management: Ensure proper inventory structure and balance; avoid stockouts or excess inventory. Plan for stock in advance during promotional activities and set clearance strategies.
- Activity Operations: Plan and execute large-scale promotional events on platforms (e.g., Double day,brand day), ensuring efficient execution; develop daily promotional ideas to increase store traffic and conversion rates.
- Pricing Strategy: Optimize product pricing strategies based on market trends and competitor analysis to enhance brand competitiveness.
- Live Stream Operations: Be familiar with live stream platforms and operations; create live stream promotion plans, collaborate with hosts to create hot-selling products, and increase viewership and sales.
- Data Analysis and Optimization: Strong data analysis skills; conduct in-depth analysis of sales, traffic, and other metrics to identify growth opportunities. Implement data-driven strategies to continuously optimize platform performance.
- Cross-departmental and Resource Integration: Independently liaise with e-commerce platforms to maintain good cooperation; integrate industry resources and explore co-branding opportunities
- Brand Operations on Shopee and Tokopedia: Develop and execute brand promotion plans specifically for Shopee and Tokopedia, boosting brand visibility and consumer recognition. Ensure that all operations are in line with brand positioning and strategy on these platforms.
- Platform Liaison and Negotiation: Independently liaise with industry partners and platforms, utilizing negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and build strong, long-term business relationships.
Requirement: - Experience: At least 4 years of e-commerce platform operation experience, familiar with Shopee and Tokopedia’s operational rules and models. Ability to independently handle channel interactions and planning for annual and monthly goals.
- Professional Skills: Strong data analysis skills; proficient in Excel and data analysis tools to support decision-making. Familiar with inventory management, event planning, and live stream operations with practical experience.
- Industry Resources: Preference for candidates with industry connections and brand partnership resources.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, able to communicate effectively in a work environment. Proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
- Personal Qualities: Alignment with company culture, brand awareness, and a global perspective in driving brand growth. Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong logical thinking, and the ability to handle pressure and focus on results.
