IT Support Engineer (Dispatch)

Responsibilities 

  • Support daily operation on customer site as dispatch engineer.
  • Troubleshooting and configuring IT equipment or system:
  • Wired and wireless network (Router, Switch, Access Point).
  • Security equipment such as Firewall.
  • Physical server and Virtual server such as VMware, Backup system and NAS.
  • Others IT equipment such as UPS, Video conference, Intercom, etc.)
  • Email, SharePoint and Endpoint Security Management.
  • PC (OS, MS. Office, Printer, etc.).
  • Mobil devices (IPhone and IPad).
  • Conduct Preventive Maintenance activity (4 times/year).
  • IT assets management.
  • Support device purchasing (initiate device requirement, searching vendor, application submision, storing, setting and distribution).
  • Coordinate with related IT vendor (include payment controll such as monthly billing ISP and Phone).
  • Support preparation of business trip and meeting/conference/event (inside and outside office).
  • Reporting (daily and monthly).

Requirement

  • Indonesian citizen.
  • IT related education background (D3 or S1).
  • Min 5 years experience in IT field especially IT Helpdesk/Support or IT maintenance.
  • Having knowledge and experience for:
    • Troubleshooting and configuring network device (Firewall (Meraki), Switch (Cisco & Meraki), Access Point (Cisco & Meraki)).
    • Operation of Cisco ISE.
    • Troubleshooting and configuring Server both Physical and virtual server (Lenovo, Dell EMC, VMware).
    • Troubleshooting and configuring UPS, Video conference & intercom.
    • Operation of Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint and Endpoint Security Management.
    • PC support such as troubleshooting windows, antivirus, printer, email, MS. Office, etc.
    • Troubleshooting and configuring Iphone and Ipad.
  • Able to start by the end of March 2025.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English is a must.
  • Contribute to a good and friendly working environment and working closely with the customer.
  • Able to work under pressure and eager to finish the work.
  • Have strong effort to work on issues to find a solution.
  • Work location: Jakarta.
