We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-driven Finance & Accounting Staff to join our team in the agricultural business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and collaborating with the corporate team at HQ. This role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to work independently.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Transactions & Reporting:
    • Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
    • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
    • Assist in financial forecasting and budgeting.
  • Tax & Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and company policies.
    • Handle tax reporting, including VAT, income tax, and other relevant taxes.
    • Prepare and submit tax reports in a timely manner.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable:
    • Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
    • Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Collaboration & Coordination:
    • Work closely with the corporate finance and accounting team at HQ for financial consolidation and reporting.
    • Provide financial insights and support to management for decision-making.
    • Ensure smooth financial operations between the local and HQ teams.
  • Other Duties:
    • Maintain financial records and ensure data integrity.
    • Support internal and external audits.
    • Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned.

 

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Brevet A & B certification (mandatory).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of finance/accounting experience (agriculture industry is a plus).
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and tax laws.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with HQ.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Willing to be located in Sukabumi, West Java
