Property Executive

Job Descriptions:
1. Assist the Property Manager to meticulously oversee the implementation of established Standard
Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all property operations.
2. Identify areas for SOP improvement and collaborate with the Property Manager to implement effective
enhancements.
3. Conduct regular audits to ensure consistent SOP compliance and adherence to quality standards.
4. Document and report any SOP deviations and promptly initiate corrective actions.
5. Assist the Property Manager in developing and managing operational budgets for assigned properties.
6. Monitor and analyse expenses, identifying opportunities for cost-saving measures and resource
optimization.
7. Prepare accurate and timely financial & monthly operational reports for management review and
analysis.
8. Proactively identify and address any potential budgetary concerns or deviations.
9. Collaborate with the Property Manager on new development projects or site improvement initiatives.
10. Assist with project planning, vendor coordination, and budget management.
11. Monitor project progress, identify and address any challenges, and ensure timely completion within
budget and scope.
12. Document project activities and maintain accurate records for future reference.
13. Assist the Property Manager with tenant relations, lease management, and maintenance oversight.
14. Contribute to marketing and branding initiatives for assigned properties.
15. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in property management.
16. Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

 

Job Requirements:
1. Minimum education background is bachelor’s degree (S1) from Architecture/ Civil
Engineering/ Electrical Engineering or any major related.
2. Minimum of 1-year experience in Building Management or Hospitality Industry (whether for Residential,
Strata, or Office).
3. Good leadership, communication, administration skills, and having basic English proficiency.
