Receptionist

Rp 3.300.000 – Rp 3.500.000 per month
Responsibilities
1. Front Desk & Client Service
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Handle client inquiries, appointment scheduling, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare refreshments for client meetings and maintain a clean reception area.
2. Office Administration & Coordination
- Manage and distribute incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and couriers.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace remains organized.
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, cleaning, and pantry needs.
3. Appointment & Meeting Management
- Schedule and confirm client meetings, team discussions, and project reviews.
- Maintain a digital calendar for executives, architects, and designers.
- Set up meeting rooms, including necessary materials and technology setup.
4. Client & Vendor Relations
- Ensure a smooth check-in process for guests, including visitor logs.
- Collect and update client information in the database.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Excellent Communication Skills (English & Bahasa Language)
- Strong Organizational & Time-Management Abilities
- Basic Knowledge of Office Administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to Handle Confidential Information Professionally
