About the role
As the Digital Marketing Manager (Electronic Retail), you will play a crucial role in driving the company's digital marketing strategies and initiatives. This full-time position is based in North Jakarta. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative digital marketing campaigns to promote the company's electronic retail products and services, with the goal of increasing brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
 

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
  • Analyse and interpret customer data and market trends to inform digital marketing strategies and optimise campaign performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with overall business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and implement innovative approaches to drive engagement and sales
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Manage the company's social media presence, creating and curating engaging content to build brand loyalty and amplify the company's voice
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with digital marketing vendors and partners to optimize campaign performance and explore new opportunities

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the electronic retail industry
  • Able to communicate fluently in English is a must.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, SEO, and PPC
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret customer data and market trends to inform digital marketing strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and to implement innovative approaches to drive engagement and sales
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
