Job Descriptions:

  1. Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing & screening applicants through multiple job portals, interviewing HR, arranging interviews, and negotiating employee offers)
  2. HR Administration (input new employee data into HRIS)
  3. Updating, Filling, and managing employee database and report
  4. Build and manage a good relationship with users and candidates
  5. Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and providing necessary training and resources.
  6. Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, conflicts, and grievances promptly and fairly, fostering a collaborative and respectful work environment.

 

Qualifications:

  1. Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  2. Able to communicate using English, verbally and in writing.
  3. Placement in our factory in Mayong, Jepara, Central Java
