Tenant Leasing Mall Officer

Job Descriptions:

  • Identify and attract prospective tenants to occupy vacant spaces within the mall, ensuring alignment with the tenant mix strategy.
  • Develop and implement effective leasing strategies that support the mall’s business objectives and maximize occupancy.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay informed on industry trends, identify potential tenants, and maintain competitive positioning.
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate lease agreements to ensure accuracy, compliance with legal and company policies, and mutually beneficial terms.
  • Monitor and manage lease renewals, expirations, and amendments to ensure seamless tenancy and continuous occupancy.
  • Ensure the timely collection of rental payments while maintaining tenant adherence to lease terms and conditions.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with tenants to promote satisfaction, retention, and a positive mall environment.
  • Collaborate with the mall operations team to ensure tenant spaces are prepared to agreed standards before occupancy, enhancing tenant experience.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in retail leasing, commercial real estate, or related roles.
  • Experience in mall or shopping center management is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of leasing principles, contracts, and legal frameworks.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in market analysis and reporting tools.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
