HR/GA Specialist
Rp 10.000.000 – Rp 15.000.000 per month
This is a non-remote position.
Hired candidate is expected to work at our office at South Jakarta.

Currently, we're looking for technology enthusiasts (yes, it’s you!) to join our growing startup company as HRGA Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Strategize organizational structure, organization development, budgeting and job analysis
- Develop strategies and implement recruitment and talent acquisition processes
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Develop strategies and manage compensation and benefits plans
- Handle payroll operations
- Responsible and strategize HRBP
- Responsible and strategize General Affairs
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews (KPIs) and job grading
- Support employee engagement
- Provide support to employees on various HR-related topics such as leave and compensation and resolve issues that may arise
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Handle the development and implementation of human resource policies
- Execute tasks related to performance management
- Collect and analyze data with useful HR metrics, such as time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Maintain employee files, data and records
- Improve job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, implementing new benefits and perks, and organizing team building activities
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Develop content strategies and recruitment campaigns on media platforms social
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist/Specialist
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR fields
- Experienced in talent acquisition plan and implementation
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
- BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
- Additional experienced from the beginning of building a company to stability will be a plus
