Responsibilities :

  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately
  • Answering and forwarding phone calls
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Sorting and distributing posts
  • Coordinate messengers or office boy
  • Handling complaints and request
  • Administration task

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree will be a plus in any field
  • Age maximum 25 years old
  • Required language : English both written & verbal is an advantage 
  • At least 1 Years of working experience in the same position
  • Required skill(s) : Microsoft Office specialized Microsoft Excel
  • Detailed and well-organized
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Placement in SCBD, South Jakarta
