Responsibilities :
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately
- Answering and forwarding phone calls
- Booking meeting rooms
- Sorting and distributing posts
- Coordinate messengers or office boy
- Handling complaints and request
- Administration task
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree will be a plus in any field
- Age maximum 25 years old
- Required language : English both written & verbal is an advantage
- At least 1 Years of working experience in the same position
- Required skill(s) : Microsoft Office specialized Microsoft Excel
