OD & TALENT MANAGEMENT OFFICER
- Design and implement organizational development strategies that drive a high-performance culture.
- Lead change management efforts to support organizational transformations, mergers, or restructuring, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Partner with leadership to assess and improve organizational structure, processes, and culture.
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify gaps, opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Partner with senior leadership to define talent management strategies that align with business goals.
- Develop and implement programs for leadership development, succession planning, and career pathing.
- Lead talent review processes, including identifying high-potential employees and creating development plans to retain and grow them.

Job Requirement:
- Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
- Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office, HRIS
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in human resources, organizational development, or talent management, with a focus on leadership development, succession planning, and organizational change.
- Professional Background: Experiences in Property / Real Estate

- Strong understanding of talent management and organizational development best practices.
- Proven experience in leading change management initiatives.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Knowledge of employee engagement and retention strategies.
