Corporate Planning Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of company budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

• Collect, compile, and analyze financial data from various directorate for planning purposes.

• Support periodic monitoring and analysis of financial performance against budget and forecasts.

• Prepare financial reports, variance analysis, and presentation materials for management review.

• Support the development and maintenance of financial models and planning templates.

• Coordinate with related departments in the budgeting and financial planning process.

• Maintain financial planning documentation, databases, and reporting files accurately and systematically.

• Support ad hoc financial analysis and planning tasks as required by management. 

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, or a related field.

• Candidates with 1 years of experience in Financial Planning, Budgeting, or Finance are encouraged to apply.

• Basic understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis concepts.

• Good analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial models is an advantage.

• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

• Able to work systematically, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.

• Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
