About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Pricing Actuarial to join our team at PT Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing strategic, high-quality, and commercially focused actuarial services to support the growth and profitability of our insurance business. What you'll be doing
Developing and maintaining actuarial models to price insurance products competitively and profitably
Analysing and interpreting data to identify trends and make informed pricing decisions
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing strategies align with business objectives
Monitoring and reporting on the performance of insurance products to identify areas for improvement
Providing actuarial expertise and support for the development of new insurance products and solutions
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
Mentoring and developing more junior members of the actuarial team
What we're looking for
5+ years of post-qualification experience as an Actuary, with a strong background in insurance pricing
Demonstrated expertise in actuarial modelling, data analysis, and pricing strategy
In-depth knowledge of the Asuransi & Dana Pensiun industry, including relevant regulations and best practices
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex business challenges
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical information into business insights
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team
A proactive approach to professional development and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovations
