SEEK is committed to operating sustainably and having a positive impact on the people with whom it engages and the communities in which it operates.
SEEK's approach to sustainability is focused on the areas where it can have specific, measurable impact and on issues that matter most to SEEK's stakeholders. SEEK's role in the employment market shapes where it can have the greatest impact: helping candidates access job opportunities, helping hirers connect with talent, and using data and technology responsibly to support more relevant matching and greater trust in its marketplaces.
SEEK prioritises six areas where we can have the greatest impact – social impact, human rights, data and cybersecurity, people, environment and responsible and ethical business.

FY2026 key highlights
Social impact: Continued delivery of SEEK’s purpose and developed platform enhancements to support First Nations job seekers
Human rights: Improved platform controls and expanded SEEK’s fair hiring strategy to increase the potential for impact across APAC
Data and cybersecurity: Achieved ISO certification for AI governance and information security, and created a dedicated AI security team and Responsible AI Forum
People: Invested in unique leadership development programs, maintained gender balance and strengthened overall employee engagement
Environment: Delivered SEEK’s first year of mandatory climate-related financial disclosures and continued focus on building climate resilience and reducing emissions
Responsible business: Strengthened core governance practices across APAC and refreshed SEEK’s Business Resilience Framework
