The challengesTidak ada yang sulit, terkecuali pada peluang pengembangan karier yang menurut saya harus di perhatikan, Disamping keluhan dari pembayaran yang biasa terlambat, pengembangan karir dan reward tidak ada/diberikan disini. pada sektor ini yang perlu di rombak ulang agar kami karyawan dapat mengabdi dengan baik untuk perusahaan.
