Sales Development Consultant (APAC - Emergency Care Solution) (Job ID: 61459) (Singapore) Responsibilities: Provide clinical, technical, and strategic sales support to sales representatives in direct/indirect channels and field management
- Participate to the development of distribution channels and identify incremental opportunities within these channels
- Support identified "big deals", high-level customer visits and seminars
- Drive and support the "Must Win" process and individual "Must Win" deals.
- Propose and execute tactical and strategic marketing programs to maximize orders and market share of Philips products (for PM&CC Respironics Hospital )
- Prepare and run specialized sales trainings for field personnel
- Provide field/customer feedback to the Market Development and Product Management teams regarding current products and future directions
- Work closely with Marcom and Market Development teams to develop and coordinate field communications, seminars, trade shows and market-focused promotions (PM&CC Respironics Hospital )
- Support trade show activities
- Manage and support customer visits in Customer Visitor Center (PM&CC Respironics Hospital )
- Support implementation of new product introductions in GSS-I (PM&CC Respironics Hospital )
- Collect competitive data and support the analysis of this data (with Market Development Manager)
Requirements: - Applicant should have at least a minimum 4 years relevant experience
- Applicants should have good sales experience & good negotiation skills
- Applicants should have strong IT background for CAI, EII, PMI
- This role requires to travel frequently to Hong Kong or will be based in Hong Kong for a period of time
