Senior Customer Care Manager (Healthcare Informatics)

Responsibilities:

Oversees the technical support of field engineers, technicians, who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing one or more of the following: complex electro/mechanical equipment, sophisticated computer systems, software systems or applications. Supervises engineers that respond to situations where standard procedures have failed to isolate or fix problems in non-functioning equipment systems or software. Establishes and maintains lines of communication with design engineering and software development on design, reliability and maintenance issues. Ensures that engineers are current with the latest upgrades and/or new releases. May be involved in customer installation and training programs. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

  • Provide installation support and after sales support for Patient Monitoring Informatics (PMI), Cardiology Informatics (CAI) and Enterprise Imaging Informatics (EII) products and solutions, across the Asia Pacific region, including Australia and New Zealand, ASEAN and Greater China.
  • Liaise with Customer Call Center managers and Service Delivery Managers in the various country organizations to set up and maintain the relevant first and second level Support structures.
  • Work with the Business Unit and Global third line support centers to set up a regional Support desk for pro-active monitoring of Philips’ Healthcare Informatics Solutions at customers' sites.
  • Provide internal support to Sales and Marketing on new prospects
  • Provide internal support to the Healthcare Informatics implementation teams
  • Provide feedback to Business Unit on product reliability issues.
  • Work closely with 3rd parties for H/W and S/W support and delivery of parts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holders
  • Ideal candidate should have relevant experience in Healthcare Industry
