The Pathlab group of medical laboratories has its history dated back to 1952 in Singapore whilst the Malaysian associate is now into its 36th year of service to the medical profession and the community.

From a humble begining of a laboratory section with one Technologist, Pathlab Malaysia has grown over the years to 53 laboratories and Servic e Centres with 800+ staff covering the entire length and breath of Peninsula and East Malaysia. Together with our counterparts in Singapore, Bangkok, Hong Kong and Indonesia, we form the largest medical testing group in the region.

BRANCH MANAGER (Medan Branch)

The Job:

-To oversee and manage the Medan branch.

-To ensure business growth for the branch.

-To establish good customer service to the doctors, nurses and other corporate clients.

-To oversee the laboratory operations and to interface with doctors and laboratory technicians to ensure accuracy of results.

-To lead and motivate the branch and laboratory staff.

-To submit monthly report to HQ on branch performance.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess qualifications in Medical Science or Medical Lab Technology or equivalent.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in management of a medical laboratory with ability to supervise staff.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be marketing and sales oriented.
Possess good command of English. Able to communicate in chinese an added advantage.
Must be PC literate.
Possess own transport.
