Our client, an Established European MNC Setting up a New Plant in Singapore, Dealing with Renewable Energy is seeking Dynamic and Experienced Candiodates for the Position of:

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Maintenance Engineer or Equipment Manager



• Perform Equipment Troubleshooting on SHift



• Perform Preventive Maintenance on Shift



• Revise PM Specifications and Procedures with the Maintenance or PM Engineer



• Execute Reliability Engineering Practices and Programs in The Plant



• Assure Continuous Reliability of Production Equipment and Processes to Achieve High Equipment Productivity and Low Downtime



• Perform TPM, Preventive Maintenance and PDM Activities According to Schedulea Planned by the Maintenance or PM Engineer



• Participate in Key Projects in Cost Reduction, Yield Improvement, New Machine Qualifications, Downtime Optimization, OEE Improvement and New Parts Evaluation



• Perform Qualifications Works using Six-Sigma, Gemba, Kaizen and Similar Applicable Methodology

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical or Equal Qualifications



• Two Years Experience in Eqipment Maintenance



• Possess Production Hands-on Experience in Equipment Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance



• Strong Knowledge and Experience in Parts Repair



• Exposure to Fast Paced Manufacturing Environment in MNC is Advantageous



• Working Experience in Solar Industry or Semiconductors Manufacturing Entity Preferred



• Knowledge on Photovoltaic Process Flow Preferred



• Proven Track Records of Cost Savings through Cost Reduction Projects



• Knowledge of Tools and Methodologies like SPC, TOPS, FMEA, DOE, Fish-Bone Analysis, PM, TPM, PDM

Working Hours: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm / 7:00pm - 7:00am

Shift Pattern: 12-Hours Rotating Shift with Four Months Switch Over

Salary Range: S$1,500 - S$1,800 [Depending on Qualifications and Experience]

Shift Allowance: S$9 Per Day / S$19 Per Night
