Our client is a leading independent energy company who is involved in exploration and production of oil and gas and have interests in refining and in marketing petroleum products and natural gas. With the expansion of their business interests in Indonesia, they are looking for an experienced Geologists to be based in the Jakarta office.

You will be part of the New Ventures team and will be involved in exploring for new high impact opportunities in Indonesia. You will play a key role in the multi-disciplinary team within the exploration group in well preparations, well monitoring and post well evaluation.

This opportunity required the right person to have working knowledge of seismic interpretation, and experience in estimating of resources and reserves using well and seismic data and structural modelling work.

Working knowledge in tools such as Geoframe/Paradigm, AcrGIS, Petrel and HERC are essential.
