Responsibilities:

• •Manage the design engineering division (downstream oil and gas)
• •Control the division’s expenditures and budgets
• •Control the division’s resources to maintain customer and company production schedules
• •Reviews the division’s engineering services for quality, suitability and correctness.
• •Reviews the division’s workload and adjusts manpower requirements accordingly
• •Ensures that technical competency of personnel is maintained
• •Directs the preparation of division financial reports

Requirements:

• •Minimum bachelor of engineering
• •Professionally qualified
• •MBA preferred
• •Project Management Professional preferred
• •Minimum 20 years design engineering experience
• •Minimum 10 years offshore oil and gas design engineering experience in an EPC environment
• •Minimum 10 years management experience
• •Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
• •Well developed management skills and strong leadership qualities
